By placing an order, you automatically accept the terms and policies applicable at the time of purchase. Retrotrøjer.dk therefore strongly recommends that you read these terms and policies carefully. It is your responsibility to do so.
Retrotrøjer.dk reserves the right to amend these terms and policies at any time. Any changes will apply to future purchases only.
1. RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with the hangtag attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your order confirmation.
If you wish to return an item, please contact info@retrotrojer.dk with your order number and the reason for the return. You will then receive further information on how to return the item.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and your purchase cannot be refunded.

You are welcome to purchase a return label from us.
A return label from an address in Denmark to us costs DKK 49.
A return label from an address in Norway, Sweden, Finland or the rest of the world costs DKK 150.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund as soon as possible. If you have purchased a return label from us, the refund will be issued minus the cost of the return label.
It is IMPORTANT that the item is returned in exactly the same condition as when delivered – unused, with the hangtag attached, and in the original packaging.
Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to the payment card or payment method used for the purchase within approximately 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and register the refund.

2. COMPLAINTS
In accordance with Danish consumer law, you have a 2-year right to make a complaint. This means you have 24 months from the date of delivery to submit a complaint if the purchased item has defects, such as material faults or manufacturing errors.
The right to make a complaint does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect use or handling of the product.
www.retrotrøjer.dk will cover reasonable return costs related to approved complaints.
3. RETROTRØJER LABEL TAG IN THE SHIRT
Shirts purchased from and delivered by Retrotrøjer.dk include a white label tag attached to the shirt. This is considered part of the original packaging and MUST NOT be removed if you wish to return the item.
As the label tag is part of the original packaging, removing it will be considered a breach of the original condition of the item.

Packages sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
4. DAMAGES AND/OR OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, and no later than 3 days after delivery, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
This allows us to assess the issue and find a solution.

5. EXCHANGES
At Retrotrøjer.dk, we do not offer exchanges for purchased items.
You may return the item as described under section 1. Once your return has been approved, you are welcome to place a new order for your preferred item.
