By placing an order, you automatically accept the terms and conditions of sale and delivery, as well as our cookie policy and privacy policy, applicable at the time of purchase.
Retrotrøjer.dk therefore recommends that you read these terms and policies carefully. It is your responsibility to do so.
Retrotrøjer.dk reserves the right to amend these terms and policies at any time. Any changes will apply to future purchases only.
1. PAYMENT FOR PURCHASES
www.retrotrøjer.dk is an online business operating around the clock and is therefore open 24 hours a day (subject to occasional website updates). We sell products worldwide.
To purchase products from www.retrotrøjer.dk, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment card accepted by our website.
The payment amount will be charged to your payment card once your order has been processed and shipped by Retrotrøjer.dk, typically within 1–3 business days.
We reserve the right to extended processing times during special periods. The expected delivery time will always be stated on the website.
All orders within Denmark are shipped via PostNord, DAO or GLS, with the option of delivery to a parcel shop.
For international shipments, we may use UPS or FedEx, depending on the destination. Customers will always receive further information by email.
Please note that orders delivered outside Denmark may have longer delivery times than our standard delivery timeframe.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We recommend that you review it carefully.
If you notice any errors or omissions, please contact info@retrotrojer.dk as soon as possible and no later than the day after placing your order.
If there are errors regarding the delivery, please contact us no later than 3 days after receiving the order.
2. RETURNS
We offer a 14-day right of return, meaning that you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, with the hangtag attached, and in the original packaging.
Your order confirmation or receipt must be included with the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return label and instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

You are welcome to purchase a return label from us.
A return label from an address in Denmark to us costs DKK 49.
A return label from an address in Norway, Sweden, Finland or the rest of the world costs DKK 150.
Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.
If you have purchased a return label from us, the refund will be issued minus the cost of the return label.
It is IMPORTANT that the item is returned in exactly the same condition as when delivered – unused, with the hangtag attached, and in the original packaging.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

3. COMPLAINTS
In accordance with Danish consumer legislation, you have a 2-year right to submit a complaint from the date of delivery if the product has defects related to materials or manufacturing.
The right to complain does not cover damage caused by incorrect use or handling of the product.
Retrotrøjer.dk covers reasonable return costs related to approved complaints.
4. DAMAGE AND/OR OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, and no later than 3 days after delivery, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, so that we can resolve the issue.

5. EXCHANGES
At Retrotrøjer.dk, we do not offer exchanges.
You may return the item as described in section 2 and place a new order for the desired item.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
Please see our privacy policy regarding the processing of personal data via the link provided on our website.
7. OTHER TERMS
Retrotrøjer.dk reserves the right to correct any printing errors and pricing errors on both the website and in these terms and conditions.
